A much awaited SBI recruitment for clerk 2012 notification has been published on the 27 Dec 2012 by the SBI authorities on the official website of the State bank of india.but this time bank has been started its clerk recruitment 2012 for only the SC/ST/OBC candidates.so all the candidates who belong to these categories and are interested in the banking sector must fill this form for the clerk vacancies in the SBI bank.The complete details for filling the SBI online Application form are mentioned below with their complete description.

Post Name: Clerk.

No of  Post: 2500 vacancies(ST -750 , SC -1150 , OBC-600).

Age Limit: Min 18 Years and Max 28 Years(Relaxation in age as per the Govt rules).

Educational Qualification: The Educational requirement for the clerk recruitment 2012 is as:

1) 12th pass with 55% marks for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks for the OBC candidates.

                                                     OR

2) A Graduation from a recognized university.

How To Apply online: A candidate who posses all the above mentioned necessary requirement including the scanned photograph and signature must go to the official website of SBI(www.sbi.co.in)and fill the online Application form on 28-12-2011 or before 20-01-2012 and after the mentioned dates no online Application will be accepted.But before filling the Application form candidate must go through the complete notification details of the SBI.

Application Fee: For SC/ST Candidates- Rs 50 and For OBC- Rs 300.The Application Fee will be paid either by the off line mode(Challan Form) or by online mode(Debit Card).

Selection criteria: The candidates selection must be purely on the written test which will be conducted by the SBI and after the written test the eligible candidates which shines in the written test must face the personnel interview for their selection.

online registration ends: 20-01-2012.

Payment of Application Fee Date:30-12-2011 To 25-01-2012.

Written Examination Date:18-03-2012.

SBI(State Bank of India) is one of the largest Public sector banks in India.The State Bank of India will have approx 16000 branches in India.It has the largest banking branch sector in India.The SBI will also have 130 overseas branches.The SBI also had 14 local head offices and 57 zonal offices in the various parts of India.
