This Comes true only after the IBPS  conduct the Successful Completion of the Written Exam for the bank probationary Officers(PO) in which nearly 10 Lakh candidates are sitting for the Test but only more than 1 Lakh are Qualified.About all this the Director of the IBPS have said that in every Competitive Exam there will be Few Jobs and large no of Applicants are Participating. But he say that there will be 20000 Jobs will be a rough estimate and there would be some opportunity from outside Banks which are not participating in the IBPS selection Process.

Private Banks Approach IBPS for PO Recruitment: A Couple of banks have asked the IBPS to recruit the Candidates as per the score given on the IBPS Score card and interviewed the candidates for vacant  vacancies for their banks. But the IBPS has agreement with the 19 nationalized participating banks. So IBPS has in discussion or taking some suggestions with the Participating Banks Officials to get a solution for this and to give some more opportunity for the deserving Candidates.
