About the BOB Recruitment Programme- In this BOB Recruitment programme, candidates must  be selected for 1 year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance course in Baroda Manipal School of banking and on its Successful completion of course within stipulated time period, candidate would be offered appointment in the bank as Probationary officers in Junior Management Scale-I.
