BSNL Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2015 for Internal & External candidates: 400 vacancies

BSNL online application form for MT Recruitment 2015 

BSNL in its latest Notification invites online application form for filling up the Post of Management Trainees against the available vacancies across India. These vacancies are advertised for both internal candidates of BSNL and external candidates i.e candidates engaged from external sources and as per the available Notification, 400 vacancies are available out of which 200 vacancies are to be filled through internal source and 200 vacancies are to be filled through external source. Candidates who may appoint as a Management Trainee shall be liable to post any where in India or any other place falling under the operational area of BSNL. The clear cut details about the vacancies are to be mentioned later in the post.

Candidates who fulfills the prescribed eligibility criteria and have possess the demanded qualification must apply by filling the online application form and submit it before the closing date of application. The more details like educational qualification and age limit is like that

A) Vacancies to be filled through External Source- 200

• Telecom operations- 150 (OC- 77, SC- 22, ST- 11 & OBC- 40)

Eligibility Criteria for BSNL MT Recruitment 2015

Educational Qualification

A) For Internal Candidates-

1) For Telecom operations- B.E / Bachelors of Technology or equivalent engineering in the any one of the following
Telecommunications
Electronics
Computer/IT
Electrical
Mechanical
Radio Engineering

OR

B.Sc with Ist Division (In Physics and Maths)  Plus 4 years work experience as executives

2) Telecom Finance- CA/ICWA/M.Com/CS Plus 4 years work experience as executives

Age Limit- candidates age shall not exceed 50 years as on 1st August 2015

B) For External Candidates

1) For Telecom operations- B.E / Bachelors of Technology or equivalent engineering in the any one of the following discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates)
Telecommunications
Electronics
Computer/IT
Electrical

Plus M.B.A or M.Tech

2) Telecom Finance- CA/ICWA/CS

Age Limit- candidates age shall not exceed 30 years as on 1st August 2015

BSNL MT Recruitment Notification 2015 Details

Pay Scale- Rs 24,900 - Rs 50,500 with annual increment @ 3% of basic pay + IDA, HRA, Perks, Medical benefit etc.

Selection Procedure- It will comprise of Assessment Test (written test) consist of  Aptitude, cognitive & technical Knowledge section followed by Group Discussion and Interview.

Section wise % age-
a) Assessment Test (written test)- 75%
b) Group Discussion- 12.5%
c) Interview- 12.5%

Examination Fee- Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 1500 for OC/OBC category and 
Rs 750 for all others categories.

How to apply online- Candidates are necessarily required to visit the official website of BSNL and on there click the link www.internalexam.bsnl.co.in for internal candidates and  www.externalexam.bsnl.co.in for external candidate and form shall be submitted from 25-05-2015 to 14-06-2015.

BSNL online Application for Deputy General Manager Job Vacancies 2012

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is the oldest and one of the largest telecommunication company in India with Headquarter in New Delhi and this big organization has now come forward for the Recruitment of Deputy General Manager for their various offices in India.The company has advertised its detailed Notification on the official website of BSNL and they are also invited the e-Applications from the various qualified and the experienced candidates of India.The others important information regarding the vacancies is 

Designation to which candidates apply: Deputy General Manager(DGM) with 162 Posts(Telecom operations with.106 Posts and Telecom Finance with 56 Posts).

Compulsory Qualification:

1) DGM's in Telecom operations- B.E/B.Tech with 60% Marks in Electronics and Communications, Electrical, Computer Science,Computers,IT.

2) DGM's in Telecom Finance- CA/ ICWA/ CS

Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years of age as 1-08-2012 

(Relaxation in Age as per the Govt. Rules)

Selection Details: Percentage for Assessment Process(Written Exam) is 75%  and for Personal Interview is 25%.

Schema of Examination and Syllabus: There will a one paper which consists of 150 objective type questions with a total of 150 Marks with 3 hours time duration.The Written Exam will consist of two section the detail of which is given below

Section-I: Management Aptitude: It includes General Management, Management Information System, Managerial Economics, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Human Resource Management, organizational behavior, Strategic Management,operational Management, Telecom Knowledge, National an International Current Affairs.

Section II-Cognitive Ability: It includes Quantitative Ability and Data Sufficiency, Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Reading and Analysis

How to Submit the e-Application: The interested candidates must visit the official BSNL website www.bsnl.co.in and then take a printout of the system generated Application form and then fill it with the correct details and then Paste the Photograph and Signature over it and send it with a Bank draft of 

Rs 1500 for Unreserved Category and Rs 750 for Reserved Category in favour of AO(Cash) BSNL, New Delhi to the below mentioned address through Register/Speed Post

"Shri Shiv Singh, AGM(DE-II), Room No. 223, Eastern Court Janpath New Delhi-110001" on or before the 30th October 2012.
