State bank of India invites online Application for filling up the various vacancies of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) and Junior Agriculture Associates in Clerical cadre including Special Recruitment Drive for Teru (Meghalaya), Kashmir valley and Ladakh and backlog vacancies in respect of SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-SM categories and for this the official Notification has been out and has been available on to the official website of the bank. Interested eligible candidates must apply through the online mode and submit the e-application form on or before the last date. The more brief details related to the recruitment is as

Position Invited

A) Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) - 10726 vacancies and 
Backlog vacancies- 3218 vacancies

B)Junior Agricultural Associates- 3008 vacancies and Backlog vacancies- 188 vacancies

Educational Qualification- Graduation in any discipline

Required Age- Not below 20 year and Not above 28 years

Bank of Baroda(BOB) PO Job through the Baroda Manipal School of Banking Program(BMSB) 2012

Bank of Baroda PO Recruitment and also Get the Banking Diploma

Bank of Baroda(BOB) a very reputed public sector bank in India with almost have branches in allover India.The Bank has notified about the various vacancies related to PO/Clerk in many no of times.But now the banks has plan to do its Recruitment process in some other way and for that to happen the Bank has merged with Manipal group to start a Training Program  which we jointly Called Baroda Manipal school of Banking(BMSB). In this program the Group has trained the candidates in the field of Banking and after completion of his Training,the BOB has absorbed the candidates as a Probationary officer in their Bank and now the BMSB has opened the Admission Session for the year 2012-13.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: Between 21 to 30 years.

Educational Qualification: Min Graduation from a recognized University.in any field.

Application Fee: For Gen/OBC category, the fee should be Rs. 400  and for other category Rs. 50.

How to Apply

The candidate visit (www.bankofbarodamanipalschoolofbanking.com) and fill the online application form and then click the  submit  button,your application will be submitted but before that fee should be deposited by using the system generated challan form which u can download from the bank official Link and then deposit the sum to the nearest BOB Branch.

Selection Procedure

This process involves three steps and in the first step, the candidate must face the online Aptitude Test which will be conducted in the month of July and after that there will be a group Discussion Program for the all the qualified candidates and then Personal Interview and after that the final selection will  made.

 Cost of Training Program

Each qualified candidate will be admitted to 1 year PG Diploma course which will cost u Rs. 3.15 Lakh and that particular Amount will be provided to u by the Bank as a Loan amount which u will refund back with interest after absorbing as a Probationary officer in the BOB and the monthly installment for this Loan Amount will be automatically deducted from u salary after joining the bank for a period of 7 years.

How to absorb in the Bank of Baroda

After qualifying all the three phases which have been set by the Authority and all those candidates who have selected for the Training Program, the Bank has issue the provisional offer letter to him/her and in that letter the bank has mentioned that on the successful completion of the Training Program,each candidates will be awarded with P.G Diploma in Banking and Finance and will be absorbed as a Probationary officer(PO) in their bank at an annual Package of 4.00 Lakh.
