Karnataka Bank Clerk Recruitment 2012 through IBPS Exam

Karnataka bank a Private sector bank in India with nation wide presence of approx. 500 branches with employee strength of more than 5500 employees across India and now the bank wants to increase its employees strength and for that the Bank has been released its Advertisement for Clerk vacancies and the bank has also invited the online Application Form from the IBPS Qualified candidates.The Eligibility Criteria related to vacancies is mentioned below

Designation: 1000 Clerks

Educational Qualification: 

a) The Bachelor Degree in any discipline from UGC approved University with min 50% marks.

b) Must have the Computer Knowledge.

c) Candidate must be able to speak the English, Hindi languages.

Age limit: The Candidates whose age is below 28 years must be eligible to Apply.

Minimum Required IBPS Score: The candidate must score Min 24 marks and above in each Section.

Application Fee:The Fee for unreserved category Rs 100 and for reserved category Rs 20 will be paid to the Karnataka Bank by using NEFT Facility.

Private Bank May Also Recruit IBPS PO Qualified Candidates

Private Banks Recruitment through IBPS Score card

A very Refreshing and the Latest upcoming news which comes for u is that the Private bank is also planned to recruit the Probationary Officers for its various branches all over India through IBPS Score Card.This will be a good news for all those candidates who qualify the IBPS Common Written Exam 2011 because there is some more opportunity for the eligible candidates not only from the 19 Public sector Banks but also from the Private Banks in India.

This Comes true only after the IBPS  conduct the Successful Completion of the Written Exam for the bank probationary Officers(PO) in which nearly 10 Lakh candidates are sitting for the Test but only more than 1 Lakh are Qualified.About all this the Director of the IBPS have said that in every Competitive Exam there will be Few Jobs and large no of Applicants are Participating.But he say that there will be 20000 Jobs will be a rough estimate and there would be some opportunity from outside Banks which are not participating in the IBPS selection Process.

Private Banks Approach IBPS for PO Recruitment: A Couple of banks have asked the IBPS to recruit the Candidates as per the score given on the IBPS Score card and interviewed the candidates for vacant  vacancies for their banks.But the IBPS has agreement with the 19 nationalized participating banks.So IBPS has in discussion or taking some suggestions with the Participating Banks Officials to get a solution for this and to give some more opportunity for the deserving Candidates.
