IIT-JEE JCOP Counselling 2011
The Counselling of the most prestegeous institute of india(IIT-JEE) has been started.The IIT officials have started the online counselling for the convenience of the student who have passed the IIT-JEE test.
The IIT-JEE counselling has been started and it help in opting their desired engineering branch in the various IIT centers in the country.This year the IIT Kanpur has been asked to conduct the counselling of the student on behalf on other IIT centers(IIT-Bombay,IIT-Madras etc).
This Year the Counselling will be done through their Online Portal Known as JCOP. There are several procedure which are to be follow to make the online registration

Steps to follow
1. The candidate needs to register at the JEE Counselling Online Portal (JCOP) Using the Link http://www.jee.iitk.ac.in/JCOP and filling the required details as given in the IIT-JEE-2011 admit card along with a password.
2. After the completion of the website will automatically generate a User-ID. The User- ID and Password should be noted down carefully,and used for the remaining steps. Detailed instructions are provided in the “Registration Procedure” document available in the “Help” tab in JCOP.

1. After the registration and payment of counselling fee has been done, the candidate needs to login to the JCOP (http://www.jee.iitk.ac.in/JCOP) using the User-ID, password and the JEE-2011 registration number printed on the JEE-2011 admit card.
