How to Send Application Form: All those applicants who wants to apply visit the website upsconline.nic.in and submit the application form there but before that each candidate(General) must paid the fee of Rs 25 and for all others including women candidates are exempted from the fee only either by remitting the money in the any SBI branch and its various Associate Banks and after submitting the same take a print out ans send it along with the necessary documents to the address
