ICICI is an Indian Multinational bank with Head Quarter in Mumbai and it is also one of the second largest bank by asset's and third largest by market capitalization and it is also being listed in the top four big banks of India. Every year the Bank has started its programme for Probationary officer recruitment and this programme has been conducted regularly since 2007 and to follow the same pattern like the previous years, the Bank has revealed its ICICI PO Recruitment Programme 2014 for the may and August batches in collaboration with Manipal University and those who will be selected will go through the training programme through ICICI Manipal Academy, Banglore and after the completion he/she will be absorbed in the bank.The more details regarding the recruitment is as given below

Eligibility Conditions

1) All the interested candidates must attain the age of 25 years  as on 10-01-2014.

2) Graduation Degree in any discipline with 55% marks.

How a candidate will be Selected

All the candidates who are willing to apply must face four stage before going for the training programme and the stage will comprises of 
1) online Test 
2)  Psychometric test 
3) Group Discussion
4) Personal Interview

About the Training Programme

1) All those candidates who are being selected by facing all the stages must go for the training in the ICICI Manipal Academy Banglore for 12 months and during that period the stipend will be paid and after the Successful completion of the training, the candidate will be awarded with the PG Diploma in banking and after that he/she will be absorbed as a Assistant Manager in the ICICI Bank with approximately salary of more than Rs 4 lacs  

2) After joining the bank as a Assistant Manger, a Candidate will have an option to continue for the 18 months MBA Degree.
