Candidates must face the below mentioned stages before going for the training programme 
1) online Test 
2) Psychometric test 
3) Group Discussion
4) Personal Interview

Features of Training Programme

• All the selected candidates start their training in the ICICI Manipal Academy Banglore for 12 months and during their training time, the stipend will be paid and after their Successful completion, the candidate will be awarded with the PG Diploma in banking(PGDB) and after that he/she will be absorbed as a Assistant Manager in the ICICI Bank with approximately salary of more than Rs 4 lacs.   
•  After joining the bank as an Assistant Manger, the option will be open for the Candidate to continue their MBA Degree Programme which will be of 18 months.
