Eligibility Criteria 

Age Limit- Maximum age required to apply for these posts Shall be 28 years

Educational Qualification-

1) Operator-Cum-Technician- 10th class Pass and 3 years Diploma of Engineering in related discipline  
2) Attendant- Cum-Technician (Trainee)- 10th class Pass and ITI in relevant Trade.
3) Medical Service Provider(Trainee)- Radiology) - B.Sc in Para Medical Technology(Radiology) or (10+2) Science with 2 year Diploma in Radiology
4) Medical Service Provider(Trainee)- Pharmacist - Degree in Pharmacy or (10+2) Science with 2 year Diploma in Pharmacy.
5) Medical Service Provider(Trainee)- Dietician - Bachelor degree in Dietician/ Food and Nutrician/ Clinicla Nutrician.

Application Fee- 

1) Operator-Cum-Technician (Trainee)/ Medical Service Provider(Trainee)- Rs 250 for Gen./OBC and Rs 50 for departmental candidates.
2) Attendant- Cum-Technician (Trainee)- Rs 150 for Gen./OBC and Rs 50 for departmental candidates.
