Eligibility Criteria for Punjab & Haryana Clerk and Stenographer Recruitment 2015

Educational Qualification- 
  • B.A or B.Sc or equivalent from govt. recognized university
  • Passed matriculation with Hindi as one of the subject.
  • Proficiency in Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheet)  
  • In case of Stenographer candidate should have typing speed of 80 W.P.M in English shorthand and 20 W.P.M in Transcription of the same of computers. 
Age Limit- Min 18 years and Max age depends on each categories (See the Notification for full details)

Examination Fee- Candidate should pay the fee as under

  • Gen- Rs 500 for Male and Rs 250 for female
  • SC/ST/BC/ESM of the state of Haryana- Rs 125 for Male and Rs 62 for female
  • Reserved Categories of the other states- Rs 500 for Male and Rs 250 for female 
Pay scale offered- Rs 5200- 20200 + Rs 2400/- Grade Pay 

How to apply online- Candidates must fill the online application form in two steps 

Registration Step-I:- Click the site and click at the bottom " Haryana" and after that fill the form with required details and after its successful submission a unique registrations and password will be generated and then take a print out of Cash deposit Receipt and deposit the requisite fee in any SBI branch.

Registration Step-II :- In this step,firstly the candidates must fill the fee details like journal No and then fill the remaining details i.e uploading of Photograph and Signature and then lock and submit the application form.
