Chevrolet India is thinking to open the Beat Diesel in India in few days.Chevrolet GM India has announce the make of 1-litre (936cc) diesel engines (57 Bhp-150 Nm) from their manufacturing plant which will be doing duty for the latest hot hatch Beat.Company is also thinking to  the production of two of their cars – Beat and Cruze to meet demand of the customer. The price of chevrolet Beat diesel is expected to be increased by 40000-50000 in comparision to its Petrol variant.

Chevrolet Beat Diesel is expected to be available in four variants:

1)Chevrolet Beat Diesel PS

2)Chevrolet Beat Diesel LS
3) Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT

4) Chevrolet Beat Diesel LT Option

The lowest variant of Beat Diesel will come with AC and power steering. The top variant consists of  Alloy wheels, ABS, Dual Airbags and  with Load limiters, Seatbelts.  

The Beat Diesel will equipped with features like 

1)Automatic Climate Control.

2)Tilt steering.

3)Steering Column mounted LED back-lit speedometer & LCD digital     tachometer.

4)Tubeless Tyre.

5)Integrated Centre Stack Audio with USB and Aux-in Port, 60:40 Split folding  seats.

6)Satin Silver Roof rails.

Engine Of  Beat Diesel

1)New 936cc TDCi diesel engine.
2)Maximum power of 57 Bhp@4000 rpm.
3)Maximum torque of 150 Nm@1750 rpm.

Chevrolet Beat Diesel will be featured by a 1.0 litre (936cc) TDCi diesel engine which will generate 57 Bhp of  power at 4000 rpm with 150 Nm of maximum torque at 1750 rpm.
