Engineering India Limited a Govt. of India undertaking organization invites online Applications form for the Recruitment of Management Trainees for their organization and the Notification regarding this has also been uploaded by the organization on to the official website of EIL. So all the candidates who hold the Engineering Degree and those who have completed their PG in HR discipline must have applied for these Engineers vacancies before the prescribed last date.The more details are given below

A) Management Trainee(Engineering)
Total vacancies- 38
1) Mechanical- 14
2) Civil- 7
3) Electrical- 5
4) Chemical- 12
Mandatory Educational Requirement- B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engineering)
B) Management Trainee(HR)
Total vacancies- 8
Mandatory Educational Requirement- Full time MBA/MSW/Equivalent PG Course.
Age Limit- The below mentioned age requirement would be common for both the vacancies
1) General Category- 25 yrs
2) SC/ ST – 30 yrs
3) OBC (Non creamy layer) – 28 yrs
3) OBC (Non creamy layer) – 28 yrs
4) PWD(General)- 30 yrs
5) PWD (OBC-NCL)– 33 yrs
6) PWD (SC/ ST)– 35 yrs
Selection Process- Firstly the candidate must face the Written Exam and then only shortlisted candidates in the written exam shall face the Interview.
Application fee- Rs 330 for General and OBC category and No fee for SC/ST and PWD Category candidates.
