Central Reserve Police Force(CRPF) in its latest Advertisement has revealed some important information regarding the Special Recruitment drive of CRPF for filling up Reserved/Backlog/Current vacancies for Assistant Sub Inspector Post(Steno) against 271 available vacancies.and for this Applications has been invited from all the eligible qualified candidates before the last date.So all the interested candidates must fill the prescribed Application format and send it to the concerned center before the below mentioned dates. Break wise vacancies details

1) General(unreserved)- 127 vacancies ( open Market- 124, Ex-Serviceman- 3)
2) OBC- 69 vacancies ( open Market- 69)
3) SC- 47 vacancies ( open Market- 47)
4) ST- 28 vacancies ( open Market- 28)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification-  The Candidate must pass 10+2 from Govt. recognized board or University and capable of performing in the skill test on computer withe following requirement
a) Dictation- 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
b) Transcription time- 50 minutes in English or 65 words in Hindi on computer.

Age Requirement(As on 22-02-2014)- Te candidate must attain the age between 18 and 25 years.

Examination Scheme- The recruitment for the ASI (Steno) has been held in two Phases

A) Ist Phase- Scrutiny/checking of certificates/documents, Physical Measurement and written Examination

B) 2nd Phase- Skill Test(Stenography, Short hand test), Interview, Medical Test
