Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Services Selection Board in its Advertisement Notice No 11 of 2013, Dt.:- 24-12-2013 has announced its latest recruitment for the year 2014 in the state cadre in which the SSB has advertised Recruitment Notification for the various vacancies of Junior Engineers(Civil) in PWD Department and  Junior Assistant and Junior Stenographer in GAD and for this Graduation and Diploma is the minimum qualification required qualification.So all those candidates who attain the required qualification must have eligible for these post and they are required to apply for these vacancies before the prescribed last date. The more detailed information regarding the recruitment is given below .

1) Junior Engineer (Civil) in Public Works Department (R&B)-  418 vacancies ( OM- 238, RBA- 84, SC-33, ST-42, ALC- 13, OSC- 8) 

2) Junior Stenographer in General Administration Department (GAD)-  22 vacancies ( OM- 12, RBA- 4, SC-2, ST-2, ALC- 1, OSC- 1) 

3) Junior Assistant in General Administration Department (GAD)-  83 vacancies ( OM- 47, RBA- 17, SC-6, ST-9, ALC- 3, OSC- 1)

Educational Qualification

a) For S.No 1- The candidate must possess 3 year Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute/ Indian University Degree in Civil Engineering.

b) For S.No 2-  Graduation with minimum Speed of  65 and 35 words per minute and  6 month course in computer Application from recognized institute.  

c) For S.No 3- Graduation with knowledge of type writing have speed of not less than 35 words/ minute and 6 month course in computer Application from recognized institute.        

Age Limit (As on 1-01-2013)- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years

How to get the Application form- All the candidates are required to visit the J&K bank for the purchase of Application form and the sale should start from 1-01-2013 and the cost of Application form would be Rs 400 (Rupees Four Hundred).  

How and where the Application form will be deposited-  After getting the Application form, the candidates must fill it and then send it along with the required documents to the concerned board office whose address has been mentioned in the Notification whose link has been given below.
