National Insurance Company Limited has displayed a recruitment Notification 2013 on behalf of all the four public sector General Insurance companies for the 2600 Assistant vacancies in class III cadre and for for this recruitment to be implemented, the NIC has invited applications from the various Indian citizens before the 8th June 2013. So all the candidates who are interested in the Insurance sector and wanted to be part of these big Public sector General Insurance company must send their online Applications before the Registration closed. 1) National Insurance Company Limited- 800 Vacancies ( SC- 117 , ST- 66, OBC- 223, GEN- 394)

2) Oriental Insurance Company Limited- 600 Vacancies ( SC- 67 , ST- 46, OBC- 119, GEN- 368)

3) The New India Assurance Company Limited- 600 Vacancies ( SC- 30 , ST- 27, OBC- 224, GEN- 319)

4) United India Insurance Company Limited- 600 Vacancies ( SC- 96 , ST- 45, OBC- 155, GEN- 304)

Eligibility Criteria for NIC Ltd Recruitment 2013

Educational Qualification( As on 31-05-2013)- The Candidates must complete his/ her Graduation degree from a Govt. recognized University. or Pass in HSC/ Equivalent(XII Pass) with 60% Marks ( 50% for Ex-servicemen, ST/SC and PWD) and Knowledge of regional language is essential.

Required Age- The candidate must attain the Min age of 18 years and the Maximum age of 28 years as on 30-06-2013.

Selection Process- The candidate must face the Written Examination, Interview and Computer proficiency test for the shortlisted Candidates will be conducted by each company in their respective zones. 

Application Fee- For SC/ST/PWD/Ex-serviceman, the fee would be Rs 50 and for Male candidates other than SC/ST/PWD/Ex-serviceman, the fee would be Rs 200 and for female candidates SC/ST/PWD/Ex-serviceman, the fee would be Rs 100 Plus Rs 20 as a service charges for bank.

Apply Procedure- The candidates must visit the official website www.nationalinsuranceindia.com and open the appropriate link to apply online and then fill the complete Application form correctly and then click submit button to complete the process and after that system Generated Bank Challan in triplicate and then take a print out of it and deposit the fee to the nearest SBI branch.

Payment of Application Fee- From 18th May 2013 to 12th June 2013

Date of Written Examination- 14th July 2013 and /or 21st July 2013
